I am Giacomo Ficari, GTM founder and exec. I co-founded Lifepal (Endeavor Entrepreneur) and Aspire (YC W18). I joined Lazada (a Rocket Internet venture that exited to Alibaba) in 2012 in the founding team at its inception. During college, I had fun playing water polo.

I am passionate about GTM. From digital marketing, growth products, growth loops, to sales, sales ops and sales systems. I am currently reflecting on how to increase my personal leverage and am I taking enough risk?
