While building our startups we realized that a business founder needs to have multiple roles.
The first one is to be (1) the founder in order to find product market fit, set the vision and culture, attract and evangelize customers/team members/investors, and generate momentum & growth, especially during the dark moments. At the same time, she/he needs to be (2) the CEO or C-level and build the operating systems and the principles of leadership & management to be used by colleagues independently. Lastly, she/he needs to act as (3) the CFO of the company to never run out of money and close the books properly. Finally, a founder need (4) to manage her/himself during this 10-30 years journey.
Based on this we organized the blog into these four sections:
